We are a home health care agency that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide assistance with house cleaning, meals, supervision, socializing with clients and much more.

Meet Our Team
Emily Withrow
Emily Withrow is the company Nurse for Mothers and Sons Caregiving. She studied nursing at Kettering College of Medical Arts and graduated with her BSN in 2016. She has spent much of her nursing career working in Emergency Medicine. Emily worked as a DSP throughout college and has a passion for serving individuals with disabilities. She has been working as our nurse since 2020. Emily’s goal is to get individuals out into the community and doing things that they enjoy. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and two children.
Jesse Benton
Jesse Benton is an Office Manager for Mothers and Sons Caregiving. He has worked for the company since 2015. Jesse studied finance at Wright State University and graduated in 2013. Jesse’s goal is to be a friend to those he serves and show them Christ-like love. In his free time Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys.
Gayle Benton
Gayle Benton is the Director for Mothers and Sons Caregiving. She has worked in the field since 2004. Before becoming the director Gayle taught fifth grade as a school teacher. She has a heart for serving others. Gayle is a caring friend to everyone. Gayle’s goal is to treat the individuals like her own family and be there for them whenever they need her. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and fourteen grandchildren.
Ethan Couch
Ethan Couch is an Office Manager for Mothers and Sons Caregiving. He studied schooling at Wright State University. Ethan joined our team in 2025. Ethan has a caring personality and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He has a genuine heart to serve others. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
